The sessions are every Tuesday morning from 9:45-11:15 AM in Lovett Hall Upcoming Adult Faith Formation Opportunities (Click Here) Small Group Gatherings Focus on the seasonal times (fall, Lent, spring) of the year. The six-week series focus on a variety of topics. Are also more long-term as they focus on a particular topic over an a period of time, i.e. scripture, social teachings of the church, creed, sacraments, etc.) Living With Christ Retreat (September and February)We have an inborn hunger for God. A retreat is a time to allow the presence of God to well up within us and to fill us with love and peace. The purpose of this retreat is a deeper communion with Christ and an ever deeper turning of one’s heart to live with Christ on a daily basis. Catechist Formation Prepares parishioners to walk and minister with one another on their journey of faith, as well as deepen and enrich their own faith. Catechist formation is a 10 week series that reflects upon our Catholic beliefs and provides us with the skills to facilitate small groups or to share our faith with those to whom we minister. Bereavement Support Group Is an eight week series designed to provide information on the grieving process to those who are experiencing the death of a loved one. The sessions offer support and an opportunity to share thoughts and feelings with others who are also experiencing a loss. Adult Faith Formation Programs Confirmation for Adults This six weeks series is for adults who desire to examine and reflect upon the rich tradition of the Catholic faith in preparation for the celebration of the Sacrament of Confirmation. Re-connect An adult faith formation series for those who have not been actively involved in the Catholic faith and are either interested in learning more about the Catholic faith and ways to re-connect with the Catholic church.
