TITHING GRANT REQUEST FORM

 

St. Jude Catholic Parish is committed to being a Tithing Parish and modeling as a parish what we ask parishioners to do in being good stewards of God’s gifts to each of us.  St. Jude Parish designates around 10% of its Sunday Collections to organizations outside the parish.  A Tithing Committee from our Stewardship Council looks at requests on a quarterly basis and makes recommendations to the pastor for final approval. 

 

1.      All requests need to complete this simple Tithing Grant Request Form. 

2.      Gifts are generally to  organizations (501c3 tax exempt non-profits) rather than individuals. 

3.      General range for Tithing Grants is from $250 up to $3000 per year for one year only. 

4.      Grants are considered anew each year from newly submitted Tithing Request Forms.
