Holy Smoke Brings Home Iron.

 

The St Jude Knights of Columbus team Holy Smoke participated in a district Kansas City style barbecue competition on July 28. The team finished third in the pork shoulder competition and second in the beef brisket competition. Team participants were Don Garcia, Gerry Weiler, and Ron Balazs.
