Minutes of monthly meeting held at 8.10pm

On Wednesday, February 5th, 2008

Present:                Don Cairns (Chairman), Fr. Dave Rogerson (Pastor), Sr. Betty Schumacher, John La Fond, Angela Oelofson  and Lauren Sing

Opening

Prayer:                  As it was Ash Wednesday, it was decided to hold a brief meeting this month after mass. The meeting began at 8.10pm by Fr Dave with a prayer.

Parish

Goals:                   Don, Fr Dave and Sr Betty had met earlier and had come up with 3 goals. These goals were presented to the meeting with brief suggestions / explanations on how they would be accomplished, in collaboration with Parish staff and Pastoral Council. The goals were discussed and it was decided that Fr Dave would draft something to be included in the bulletin / website and presented to the church as a whole.

The meeting was closed at 9.10 with prayers around the table.
