Stewardship of Talent

As God's faithful servants, we are called to Stewardship as a way of life by:

  • Prayerfully discerning how God has uniquely gifted each one of us.
  • Reflecting on what level of priority God and the Church play in our lives.
  • Deciding how we plan to share these gifts with God and his Church.
  • Making an intentional, planned and proportionate gift in the various areas of time, talent and treasure.

How do we respond to the call?  We must ask ourselves:  Do we wish to be disciples of Jesus Christ?

Jesus calls each one of us individually by name.  He has provided each of us with unique gifts.  God intends for us a divine plan.  The challenge, then, is to understand our role-our vocation-and respond generously to Jesus's call.

Please read about all the ministry opportunities here.

“Christ has no body now on earth but yours,
no hands but yours,
no feet but yours,
Yours are the eyes through which to look out
Christ's compassion to the world
Yours are the feet with which he is to go about
doing good;
Yours are the hands with which he is to bless men now.”

-St. Teresa of Avila
